Token Theses — why holders hold,
proven on-chain
Holders explain why they hold a token — and every thesis shows the author’s real, on-chain verified position and live PnL, marked “Sold” when they exit. Embed the widget or build your own UI with the API.

What it shows
A thesis is a short opinion on a token, optionally tagged bullish or bearish. Only holders post theses: one of the author’s verified wallets bought the token and still holds it. Each thesis shows what the author bought and their live PnL now — or “Sold” once they exit.
Anyone signed in can reply, like and react with emojis. Reports and moderation are included. By default a token shows theses from all platforms, so there is content from day one; you can switch to theses from your own instance only.
How it works
Widget: paste two lines and design it in the dashboard — colors, font, radius, theme, sort and reach — with a live preview. Users signed in with CabalSpy ID write directly in the widget.
Your own UI: read theses for any token through the Data API, post from your own button in the user’s name (the user signs in with the thesis scope), and subscribe to the live theses stream for any number of tokens — for example to show thesis markers on your chart. The thesis.created webhook tells your backend about new theses.
Token theses are included on every plan, including Free. See pricing or try it live.
Supported chains: Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain.
Quick start
Create a CabalSpy ID instance in the API dashboard (free plan, sandbox with test users), then:
<div data-csid-thesis data-client-id="csid_..."
data-chain="solana" data-mint="..."></div>
<script src="https://id.cabalspy.xyz/widget.js" async></script>const list = await csid.listTheses({ blockchain: 'solana', mint, sort: 'new' });
const counts = await csid.thesisSummary({ blockchain: 'solana', mint }); // theses, bull, bear, authors, token
const { can_post, reason } = await csid.thesisEligibility({ blockchain: 'solana', mint, csid_id: claims.sub });
if (can_post) {
const t = await csid.postThesis({ blockchain: 'solana', mint, body: 'Accumulating here.', stance: 'bull', csid_id: claims.sub });
}Who builds this
- Token pages in terminals and DEXs — a discussion of verified holders next to the chart
- Charts — thesis markers from the live theses stream
- Launchpads and communities — proof of skin in the game instead of anonymous shilling
- Any app with token pages — drop in the widget without building a UI
Frequently asked questions
01Who can post a thesis?
Only holders: one of the author’s verified wallets bought the token and still holds it. Anyone signed in can reply and react.
02What does a thesis show?
The text, an optional bullish or bearish tag, the author’s real position and live PnL — or “Sold” once they exit — plus replies, likes and emoji reactions.
03Do I need my own UI?
No. The widget is two lines of HTML and is designed in the dashboard. If you want your own UI, use the Data API, the live theses stream and the thesis.created webhook.
04Which theses does my platform show?
By default theses from all platforms, so a token has content from day one. You can switch to theses written on your own instance only.
05What does it cost?
Token theses are included on every CabalSpy ID plan, including Free — widget, API, live theses stream and moderation.
