What is a KOL API?

KOLs — Key Opinion Leaders — are crypto traders and influencers with a public following whose wallets are known. When several of them buy the same token, markets move. A KOL API turns that activity into data your product can use: which wallets belong to which KOL, what they trade, what they hold and how profitable they are.

CabalSpy maintains a verified database of 2,000+ labeled wallets. Every wallet carries a public profile — name, avatar, X/Twitter and Telegram links — and is enriched with realized PnL, win rate and position data. You integrate once and get the same schema on every chain.

What data does the KOL API provide?

The REST API covers 30+ endpoints across three areas:

• Wallets — list all tracked KOL, Smart Money and Whale wallets per chain, look up any address, rank wallets on a leaderboard by PnL, win rate, trades or volume, and find connected wallets.
• Wallet tracking — full trading profile per wallet: period stats, realized PnL chart, PnL calendar, lifetime history, active holdings and recent trades.
• Tokens — which tracked wallets hold a token (with position, unrealized PnL and entry market cap), their buy and sell transactions, aggregate token stats, volume and trade counts, cluster signals and KOL bundle detection.

Real-time KOL streams

For live products, 6 WebSocket streams run over a single connection. You subscribe with small JSON messages and receive events the moment tracked wallets trade:

• tx — every KOL, Smart Money and Whale buy and sell with the running position
• count — live number of KOL wallets in a token
• holder — all tracked holders of a token with position and unrealized PnL
• balance — native balance of tracked wallets, updated on every trade
• signal — entry and exit alerts when clusters of KOLs buy or sell together
• bundle — coordinated KOL bundles: side wallets buying alongside a KOL
