Welcome to CabalSpy.xyz! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms govern your use of CabalSpy.xyz, a platform designed to track and monitor wallet addresses on public blockchains and aggregate this data for informational purposes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using CabalSpy.xyz.

These Terms also apply to CabalSpy ID at id.cabalspy.xyz. Sections 9 to 15 contain additional terms for CabalSpy ID, wallet verification, the KOL badge, theses and platforms that integrate CabalSpy ID. How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Use

CabalSpy.xyz is an analytics and data platform. It provides KOL and smart-money data about wallets associated with influencers, entities or "cabals" on Solana and other public blockchains, through the website, the CabalSpy API and embeddable widgets. CabalSpy also operates CabalSpy ID: user accounts, wallet verification by a small on-chain payment, theses (posts about tokens) and Login with CabalSpy ID for platforms. Some services are offered as paid subscriptions. Our services are intended solely for informational purposes and are not designed to serve as financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements of any kind. You acknowledge that:

  • The data presented is sourced from public blockchain records and other public sources and is provided "as-is."
  • Any decisions you make based on this information are your own responsibility.
  • CabalSpy does not hold user funds for trading, does not execute trades on your behalf and does not give financial advice.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Legitimate Access: You may only submit or track wallet addresses that you own or are permitted to monitor. Unauthorized tracking of third-party wallets without consent may violate applicable laws or privacy norms, and you assume full responsibility for such actions. CabalSpy itself shows publicly known KOL and smart-money wallets based on public blockchain data and public sources, as described in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. If you own a wallet shown on CabalSpy, you can ask us to review or remove it by contacting contact@cabalspy.xyz.
  • Compliance with Laws: You must ensure that your use of CabalSpy.xyz complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Proper Conduct: You agree not to misuse our platform, including refraining from using automated tools (e.g., bots, scripts) to exploit or overburden our services beyond normal usage limits.
  • Data Integrity: If you submit any information (e.g., wallet addresses for tracking), it must be accurate and not intended to deceive or harm others.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized Interference: Hacking, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass security measures or interfere with the website's operations.
  • Unlawful Use: Using CabalSpy.xyz for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes, including money laundering, scams, or other criminal activities.
  • Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or submitting fake wallet addresses to mislead others or manipulate the platform's data.
  • Excessive Use: Scraping, data mining, or conducting excessive queries that degrade site performance or disrupt access for other users.
  • Malicious Content: Uploading or distributing harmful content, such as viruses, malware, or other code designed to damage our systems or users.
  • Commercial Exploitation: Using our services for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as reselling our data without prior written consent.

Engaging in any prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your access to CabalSpy.xyz and potential legal action if warranted.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • No Warranties: We offer our services "as-is" and "as available," without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. Blockchain data may contain errors or inconsistencies beyond our control.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: You assume all risks associated with your use of CabalSpy.xyz. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on our services or data.
  • No Financial Liability: We disclaim liability for financial losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from your interpretation or use of the information provided. CabalSpy.xyz is not a financial advisor or investment platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality on CabalSpy.xyz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of CabalSpy.xyz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without prior written permission.
  • Use our name, logo, or branding for any purpose without explicit consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CabalSpy.xyz in accordance with these Terms. Free users may use the services for personal purposes. Commercial use is permitted within the scope of an active paid plan and the terms that apply to the API, widgets or your CabalSpy ID instance. Reselling or redistributing raw data remains prohibited unless your plan expressly allows it.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of CabalSpy.xyz at any time.

We may change these Terms. We will announce material changes to registered users by email or by a notice in their account at least 30 days before they take effect. You can object to the changes or cancel your account before they take effect; paid subscribers can cancel their subscription at the end of the current billing period. Non-material changes, such as wording corrections or terms for new features, may apply immediately.

7. Governing Law

CabalSpy.xyz is operated by Davis von Löwe Kiedrowski, Sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen), Walsroder Straße 158, 30853 Langenhagen, Germany (see our Legal Notice).

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or otherwise act in the course of your business, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the operator's place of business in Langenhagen, Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to CabalSpy.xyz at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, or technical necessity.

9. CabalSpy ID Accounts

CabalSpy ID (CSID) at id.cabalspy.xyz is an account and identity for crypto traders. You can sign in with X, with Telegram (through our bot @CabalSpy_ID_verification_bot) or with Google.

  • Your account: You are responsible for the accounts you use to sign in and for all activity under your CabalSpy ID. You may only use sign-in accounts and wallets that belong to you, and you may not use CabalSpy ID to impersonate others or to evade a suspension or ban.
  • Third-party sign-in: X, Telegram and Google are operated by third parties under their own terms. CabalSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X, Telegram or Google.
  • Deleting your account: You can delete your CabalSpy ID at any time in your settings at id.cabalspy.xyz/me/settings. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Wallet Verification

To verify a wallet, you send a small, unique on-chain payment from that wallet to a CabalSpy deposit address: a random amount between 0.01 and 0.02 SOL on Solana, or an equivalent small amount of the native token on BNB Chain, Base, Ethereum or Robinhood Chain. The exact amount, chain and address are shown to you in CabalSpy ID.

  • Verification fee, no refunds: The payment is a verification fee. It is kept by CabalSpy and is not refundable, including if you later remove the wallet or delete your CabalSpy ID.
  • Send exactly as instructed: Payments with a wrong amount, on the wrong chain or from a different wallet may not be detected and are not refunded. Never send the payment from an exchange; send it only from the wallet you want to verify.
  • Limits: You can verify up to 5 Solana wallets and up to 5 EVM wallets per CabalSpy ID.
  • No guarantee: Verification relies on blockchain data and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee that every payment is detected or that verification is completed within a certain time.

11. Trade Tracking and Public Profiles

  • Tracking: The on-chain trading activity of your verified wallets is tracked.
  • Verified wallets are public: The addresses of your verified wallets and their trades are shown publicly on your CabalSpy ID profile, on leaderboards and in other users' Trade Feeds and notifications, and are available to platforms through our API and webhooks. Only verify wallets you are comfortable making public. In private mode (in your settings), your trading activity and wallet addresses are hidden from public pages; apps you have signed in to with your consent may still receive them.
  • Daily cap: If a verified wallet exceeds 1,000 trades in one day, tracking of that wallet is paused for 24 hours. If a wallet is paused 3 times within 7 days, tracking of that wallet is stopped. CabalSpy may restore tracking at its discretion.
  • Accuracy: Tracked data, statistics and rankings are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial advice. We do not guarantee that tracking is complete, timely or error-free.
  • Trade Feed: You can add public traders to your Trade Feed and receive their trades and new theses as a feed and as notifications. The Trade Feed is for information only; it is not financial advice and not a recommendation to copy any trader's trades. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete or fail to arrive, and we do not guarantee their timeliness. Any decision to trade is your own responsibility.

12. KOL Badge

  • Application: You can apply for the KOL badge in CabalSpy ID. To apply, you need at least 5,000 followers on X, an X account that is at least 90 days old and at least $25,000 in on-chain trading volume over the last 7 days. We generally expect KOLs to trade around $100,000 or more per week.
  • Review: Applications are reviewed manually. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval.
  • Discretion: CabalSpy may refuse an application or remove a badge at any time at its discretion.

13. Theses and User Content

A thesis is a post about a token. Only holders of a token can post a thesis about it; holdings are checked on-chain through your verified wallets. Signed-in users can reply to and react to theses. A thesis can contain up to 1,000 characters and is visible on all platforms that embed theses.

  • Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. Theses, replies and reactions are the opinions of their authors, are not financial advice and are not endorsed by CabalSpy.
  • Prohibited content: You may not post scams or phishing links, impersonate others, engage in market manipulation or coordinate pumps, harass others or post hateful content, post illegal content or spam, or share other people's private data.
  • Moderation: Users can report content. Content is hidden automatically after a weighted number of reports, and certain words are blocked. Your first hidden post results in a warning; another hidden post within 30 days results in a 7-day posting pause. Accounts can be banned. You will be notified of moderation decisions and can appeal within 30 days. Abusive reporting can lead to a pause of your ability to report.
  • Our rights: CabalSpy may remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion, in particular when content or conduct violates these Terms.
  • License: By posting a thesis, reply or reaction, you grant CabalSpy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute that content through CabalSpy ID, the CabalSpy Data API, widgets and partner platforms.

14. Platforms and Developers Integrating CabalSpy ID

Platforms and developers can integrate CabalSpy ID ("instances"), for example through Login with CabalSpy ID (OpenID Connect), the Data API at api-id.cabalspy.xyz, widgets, webhooks and the theses API. Instances are managed in the API dashboard at apidashboard.cabalspy.xyz. If you operate an instance, you agree to:

  • Consent: use user data only with the consent of the user and in line with our Privacy Policy. Posting theses through the API on behalf of a user requires that user's consent (scope "thesis"). Adding traders to a user's Trade Feed and receiving Trade Feed events requires that user's consent (scope "trade_feed"); you may use this data only to show that user their own Trade Feed and alerts.
  • Security: keep your client secrets, API keys and webhook secrets confidential and secure.
  • No scraping or reselling: not scrape or resell user data obtained through CabalSpy ID.
  • Rate limits: respect the rate limits of the service.

Plans and billing: Plans are billed by active users per month: Free (up to 50), Starter ($49, up to 200), Pro ($149, up to 500), Business ($499, up to 1,000) and Enterprise (custom pricing). Yearly billing is discounted by 20%. If an instance exceeds the user limit of its plan, users can still sign in, but the instance receives no data for them until the plan is upgraded. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or MoonPay/Helio (crypto). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Suspension: CabalSpy may suspend instances that abuse users or the service.

15. CabalSpy ID Disclaimer

CabalSpy ID, wallet verification, trade tracking, holder detection, theses and the related APIs and widgets are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that verification, tracking or holder detection is complete, accurate or error-free. All data is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice. Section 4 (Liability Disclaimer) applies accordingly.
