5. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer referenced here.
6. Nature of This Service
No wallet connection · No custody of funds
CabalSpy is a read-only data service. We do not hold, transmit, or take custody of any funds, we do not operate an exchange or a wallet, and we do not execute trades on anyone's behalf. We never write to a blockchain on a user's behalf.
Sign-in uses an email address and password or a Google account — never a wallet connection. We will never ask you for a seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key, and we never ask you to sign a transaction or approve a token allowance.
If any website asks you to connect a wallet, requests a seed phrase, or asks you to sign a transaction while presenting itself as CabalSpy, it is fraudulent and not operated by us. Report it to contact@cabalspy.xyz.
The data we publish is aggregated from public blockchain records. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe. Payment in cryptocurrency is possible via MoonPay, which is a separate company with its own terms and privacy policy: you complete that payment on MoonPay's own website, and no MoonPay component is embedded in CabalSpy.
7. Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content in question without delay.
8. Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time.
